A line post for my sweetheart

Came up with this idea for Kay.  As we leave the dock, she can take the bow dock line and lay it over this post.  When we come back, she can get her hook and get the bow line.  She won't have to get off the boat on to the dock, lessening the chance of get hurt.  I need to support it a little better, but this is just the proto type.  Then if I need to pull the boat up the post can swivel out of the way.
