Hot Days of Summer and Mom's Visit

Here it is August already and mom is here for a visit.  It's funny, since we have had the boat we have had more visitors than ever.  It is great!  Ruth and her son Mason came over.  She is one of Kay's best friends from Missouri.  My mom is here for a few weeks.  This week we just hung around.  Friday we had a big BBQ in which I fixed pork ribs on the grill for 7 hours.  It came out great.  Today it is 92f and hot.  We are all in the boat with the AC!  Tuesday I take off at noon for the rest of the week, and we are heading up to Beacon Rock State park.  http://www.parks.wa.gov/474/Beacon-Rock
